Urb (Magic Amanita)

Tested in a published studyLast checked

An Urb 'Magic Amanita' gummy bought in Virginia was labelled with Amanita muscaria compounds. The lab found unlabelled psilocybin and psilocin instead.

The label listed muscimol, ibotenic acid, muscarine and Amanita muscaria extracts. The University of Virginia lab detected psilocybin, psilocin, hordenine and 2-phenethylamine, none of which were on the label.

The lab's instrument could not test for muscimol, ibotenic acid or muscarine, so whether the labelled Amanita compounds were also present is unknown.

Most current searches for 'Urb gummies' are about the brand's hemp-THC gummies. We have found no published independent test of those products.
