Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information summarised from the sources we cite. It isn't medical, legal or safety advice, and it hasn't been reviewed by a professional. Don't use it to decide whether, or how much of, any product to take. In an emergency, call 911. For poison advice in the US, call 1-800-222-1222.
Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and dated, but sources can be incomplete and products change. We provide the site as is, without warranties. Check the original sources we link to.
Using our work
You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. The underlying findings belong to the studies and agencies we cite; please cite them too. Images carry their own licences, listed on our image credits page.
Brands and trademarks
Brand names are used only to identify the products that sources tested or named. We're not affiliated with any brand mentioned.
