TRE House
California's health department warned people not to eat TRE House 'Magic Mushroom' gummies, chocolate bars and syrup after its lab found the synthetic psychedelic 4-AcO-DET in every product it listed, and 4-AcO-DMT in most.
TRE House products were labelled with a 'Magic Mushroom Microdose Blend' and a 'Proprietary Nootropic Mushroom Blend'. Neither phrase tells you what the active ingredient is.
CDPH said the products contained an analogue of psilocin, a Schedule I drug, and that both compounds it found are illegal psychedelics. More than 1,000 pounds of TRE House gummies were embargoed and then voluntarily destroyed, and CDPH said the company and its contract manufacturers were under investigation.
No illnesses had been reported when the warning was issued. The warning covers the listed products regardless of lot number or date on the package.
